Below are B. Tucker HVAC terms and conditions for requesting or using the services. And, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We agree to provide-
All Services will be performed in accordance with industry standards.
All estimates provided are based on the initial assessment. This may change upon further inspection at the time of actual work due to unforeseen issues like hidden damage. The Customer will be notified in advance of additional charges.
The quotes are valid for 30 days only after which you need to request a new one.
A deposit may be required for parts orders and installation jobs. The full payment is due upon completion of your entire services. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved methods. Late payments may incur a service fee permitted by law.
We offer a six months labor warranty on all installation work. Note that manufacturer warranties will be different which applies to parts and equipment. For repairs, consult with our team for the warranty at the time of requesting a quote.
B. Tucker Heating and Air Conditioning shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to loss of AC use or property damage. As per the law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that particular service.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment for our technicians. Maintain the AC unit following manufacturer guidelines. Also, notify us promptly of any issues after we finish the work. Failure to follow these recommendations may cause invalidated warranties.
Cancellations of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the service timely may result in a service charge.
Refunds are only provided on agreed terms in writing. In case you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and feel free to discuss resolution options.
We reserve the right to change and modify B. Tucker HVAC Terms and Conditions at any time. All the updates will be posted promptly for your convenience.
